He spent the last 10 years working for a large industrial multinational focusing on startup collaboration and innovation ecosystems. Most recently, he supported the formation of global AI hubs in Lisbon and Bangalore for a Fortune 500 industrial company, building partnerships across startups, consulting firms and research institutions. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of a industrial VC in Brazil.

Surea understands the reality of international relocation processes like few others. Since 2009, she has supported international professionals and families through complex relocation cases across a wide range of situations and requirements.
