Wojtek brings over 15 years of experience in recruiting, labor law, and building companies – in Germany, Portugal, and beyond. In Portugal, he founded companies, built teams, and worked with several EOR providers.

What was missing? Partners who offered more than just EOR contracts – ones who truly understand business. Many had no real connection to Portugal – no local presence, no grasp of how things work on the ground. Instead of solutions, there were standard processes and sales talk.

That’s why he founded PortuGer – the way he wishes it had existed back then.

Portugal isn’t a trend for him, it’s his reality: he lives here, speaks the language, and knows the challenges first-hand – legally, administratively, and culturally.

Surea knows the reality of international relocation processes like few others. Since 2009, she has supported international professionals – including all kinds of special cases and complex requirements.

Embassies, consulates, immigration offices – she understands how these systems work, what documents are really needed, and where the bottlenecks are. From visas and residence permits to certified translations and apostilles – Surea doesn’t just know the theory, she’s handled hundreds of real-life cases.

And she doesn’t stop at paperwork: housing search, finding schools, arranging appointments – she makes sure the new beginning works not only on paper, but also in everyday life.

Beatriz combines expertise in Human Resources, organizational communication, and process management.

With experience in international sales and product development, she has helped companies improve internal communication and streamline operational workflows.

Her time at the Instituto dos Registos e Notariado (IRN) gave her direct insight into administrative processes in Portugal – knowledge she now applies in a hands-on, solution-focused way.

As Business & Compliance Manager at PortuGer, Beatriz ensures that all processes are well-structured, legally sound, and clearly executed – from company setup to ongoing operations.

Patricia knows exactly what it feels like to start over – because she’s been there herself. 

After spending several years abroad, she experienced the challenges of returning to Portugal firsthand. That personal journey makes her a trusted guide for anyone arriving – or coming back home.

With a background in psychology and a specialization in the relocation of emigrants to Portugal, Patricia offers more than just technical support – she understands people, their questions, and what really matters in everyday life. From finding a home to language support and daily orientation – she’s there every step of the way.

She’s especially well connected in the Leiria region, with a strong real estate network – a major asset when it comes to finding housing or temporary accommodation. Most importantly, she treats every situation as unique – because every person has their own story.
